People have been bitching at me because of how I rate blogs, or why I don’t follow you. First of all, I don’t care if you don’t like how I rated someone’s blog. Save your breath and stop trying to get me to agree with you. I rate it based on the POSTS, not the PERSON. Second of all, people always ask me why I don’t follow back.

Ok. This is what I look for:

-A clean layout. Not a background covered in different pictures or .gifs that give me a headache or blind me with neon colors.
-Stuff that RELATES to my blog. I cannot stress this enough. This is the MAIN reason I don’t follow back. I appreciate that you like the stuff I have on my blog, I do. But I’m not going to have my dash filled with stuff I will NEVER reblog, just to please you. I need stuff that I would want on mine in my view, not something I have to search for.
-People who are drama free. If I look at someone’s page, and it’s covered in hate and arguments, then chances are I won’t follow you. I don’t care to have random arguments all on my dash, it’s just annoying.
-If you are CLEARLY only after followers. “72 more! 68 more! 53 more!” No.
-If you constantly change your blog just to get me to follow you. I want you to post what you like, not just change it up to get people to follow you. Even if I don’t follow you, I’ll still talk to you. I just don’t want fashion models or random stuff on my dash. That’s all. I don’t bite.
-I have also had people tell me it’s because I only follow “pretty people.” This is the biggest load of bullshit I have EVER heard. I follow people based on their personality and their posts. I don’t care what you look like. If you are a sweet, genuine person, that is not constantly putting others down, or making yourself out to be the most perfect person on earth, then I don’t care what you look like.

I accept everyone who accepts me. I do NOT judge. I do NOT label. 

I do not want to hear anymore of this bullshit. Don’t tell me I only follow “pretty people”. If that’s what you think, you don’t know me at all.

HOPEFULLY, this makes things very clear. The MAIN reason I don’t follow is because of what you post, not who you are. PLEASE, STILL APPROACH ME. I talk to people I don’t follow/don’t follow me ALL THE TIME. I love meeting new people so, don’t feel like I won’t talk to you just because we don’t follow each other. And if I AM talking to someone that doesn’t follow me and I want them to, I don’t just get all pissy and ignore them. I’m not 5 years old.

And if you don’t want to talk to me because I don’t follow you/don’t promote you, then fuck off.
